This Consulting Agreement (the "Agreement"), is entered into by and between the parties below on Innerwonderlust Healing center ,(hereby referred as the "Client"); WHEREAS, the Client desires to get the services of the Company, detailed below: Service Offerings: Our center provides a range of holistic healing services, including Reiki, Meta Physical services, astrology consultations, and tarot card readings, aimed at fostering self-discovery and well- being. Professional Expertise: Rest assured that our services are delivered by certified professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields. THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants made by the parties hereto, the Parties to this agreement agree on the terms and conditions below.

• .1 Scope of the Agreement The subject of this Agreement is delivering of the services detailed above by the Consultant to the Client for a certain fee.the scope of the consultancy service to be provided is limited to the issues mentioned above. The scope of this Agreement shall only be expanded or narrowed with the written mutual consent of the parties. Our center provides a range of holistic healing services, including Reiki, Meta Physical services, astrology consultations, and tarot card readings, We never claim guarantee for specific results for any serviceswhich we provide because result may be vary time, person as well as Destiny.The practitioner will only provide services and will not diagnose or treat any medical conditions.
• 2. Principles of Consultancy
  • The Consultant shall act within the framework of the information it will receive from the Client and shall not be held responsible for the adverse outcomes or losses and damages that may occur as a result of providing missing or incorrect information. • The Consultant shall submit his ideas and suggestions to the Clientin ni writing within the framework of his knowledge and expertise. In the post-delivery process and operation, the Client is completely free to comply with or partially fulfill the information and ideas conveyed, and all kinds of responsibility for these transactions belong to the Client. • The Consultant shall endeavor to fulfill its obligations under the this Agreement in the best way possible. However, if the service provided is not found adequate and/or correct by the Client, the Consultant accepts, declares and undertakes that it wil not demand any material and/or moral compensation under any name and name, except for the termination of the contract. • The practitioner wil adhere to a code of ethics, which may include principles such as respect for the customer's autonomy and non-discrimination.All gems stones/Crystals/Yantra/Meta Physical services are non-returnable and non-refundbale as this is program for the person.
• 3. Financial Provisions
  The total service fee to be paid under this Agreement is and the client must pay the fee for the service before session begins, and we accept cash, credit cards, or other specified forms of payment. Service prices are available in our pricing list and may be subject to occasional changes without prior notice.
• 4. Duration of session
  The length of the sessions/Consultation will be agreed upon in advance.
• 5. Termination
  To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice in case you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The policy may state that the customer will lose their deposit fi they cancel within a certain timeframe.
• 6. Intellectual Property
  The Parties acknowledge that the Client shall hold all rights proprietary in any work product resulting from the Consulting Services including, but not limited to, copyright and patents.The Consultant agrees not to claim any such ownership in any intangible property created in so far as to the services he provided for the Client at any time prior to or after the completion and delivery of work to the said client.
• 7. Confidentiality
  The Consultant undertakes for itself and guarantees to keep confidential any information relating to or that was disclosed in preparation of or as require dunder this Agreement and to prevent the passing on of such information to third parties (the "Confidential Information") other than mandatory notification responsibilities under Law. The Consultant shall not disclose, transmit, or convey, wholly or partially, the confidential information to any third party without the written consent of the other party. Accordingly the Consultant shall be obliged to disclose confidential information to the statutory bodies under the law of the land or any other Governmental Regulatory Authoritieswhich shall not be deemed as a breach of confidentiality obligation. The provisions of this section shall survive the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason.
• 8. Appointment Scheduling
  To ensure smooth operations, appointments must be scheduled ni advance, and we kindly request clients to arrive/Available promptly at the appointed time.
• 9. Miscellaneous
  • Amendments- Unless stated otherwise, no amendment of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid unless the same shall be in writing and signed by the Parties. •Severability- Any term or provision of this Agreement that is invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and provisions hereof. • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the A n y dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally and exclusively settled by the Courts and Execution Offices. • Entire Agreement - This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the Parties and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements or representations by or among the Parties, written or oral, to the extent they are related in any way to the subject matter hereof. • Minors: If the client is a minor, they must have a parent or legal guardian present during the session and provide written consent for the service. • Cultural sensitivity: The consultant will be sensitive to the client's cultural background and beliefs, and wil not impose their own beliefs on the client. • Health and safety: The client must inform the conslutant of any health conditions or concerns that may affect the session • Refund Policy: The Center's refund policies, fi applicable, are outlined on its website or can be discussed during consultations. No refund/Credit note will be provided on given services. • Follow-up sessions: The client may be advised to book follow-up sessions for optimal results. • Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during sessions/Consultation. • Recording Sessions: Recording of the session, including audio or video without prior consent is strictly prohibited.If we found we have right to terminmate the services with no refund. Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect appointments. • Feedback and Testimonials: Clients may provide feedback, testimonials, or reviews, which may be used for promotional purposes. • Service Termination: We reserve the right to discontinue services for clients who do not adhere to our terms and conditions or if the client behaves inappropriately or fi their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others. • We also Changes to Terms: We may modify these terms and conditions without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be addressed through negotiation and mediation before pursuing legal action. • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances. • Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided also The conslutant will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from any service provided by inner Wonderlust healing center • Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify us against any claims or liabilities resulting from their actions. • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. • Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties involved. • Severability: fI any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the terms remains in effect.
